本日は現場定例です。
前にも書きましたが、現場定例以外の日で現場へ行く日が必要です。
本日は、定例ですが、現場の進み具合だけでなく、不具合な箇所やその他細かい事を打ち合わせるのに最適です。実際に見る事、そして行った回数がそれこそ現場監理の基本です。もちろん見る事を見なければ意味がありませんが・・・・・
本現場は 抗酸化リバース工法を実施します。
坪2万程度かと思いましたが、抗酸化による様々な効用を期待できる家となります。

本日は、野地+ルーフィングまでです。大工さんがここまでしてしまいますが、しっかりタッカーでとまっていて、重ねしろもしっかりしています。
当該建物は、3Dにて 内部及び 外部を検討しています。
模型もある程度は再現し、創造がつきますが、精度にかけますし、このような場合は3Dを採用しています。
模型は、お施主様を感動させたり、想像力を働かせたりしますが、表現できない部分もありますので、そこをお施主様 独自の創造で現場が進むと大変です。そんな時、便利なので重宝しています。
下の画像が今回の建物の3Dです。
雨樋の検討もあわせて行っています。
要するになんでもできるというのが便利なところです。
模型以上に作り変えることもでき、プレゼンもはかどります。このようなプレゼンをプラン時から行えます。
