新築ばかりではない リフォームも [住宅]

というか、上のリンク先、意外と面白いです。ですが、押して頂けるだけでも本当に助かります。

只今、リフォーム それも、外装のやり変えを仕事しています。
ある意味、こういうことは、工務店や塗装屋さんやら屋根屋さんの仕事だけど、今回、知り合いの関係もあり、受ける事となりました。
設計事務所というか建築家は元来、新築 それもデザイナーズばかりだと思われています。リフォームさえもデザイナーズ・・・・・
それは売りがデザイナーズのみだと思われているし、考えているからです。買う方、提供する方 両方とも勘違いしていると思っています。
建築家 設計事務所は建築の専門家です。新築の格好つけたものばかりであってはならないのです。
今回、行っている仕事は、建設業法にもかからない小さな仕事と言われますが、オーナー様は数百万の大金をつぎ込む大仕事・・・手抜きはできません。
設計事務所は適切なアドバイスを行い、適切な価格、適切な工事を監理するというのが本来の業務。
建築士とは確認申請のための資格と業界でも誤認させてしまったのは、こういう事をおろそかにした結果です。
ですので、総合的にアドバイスするという目的で、いわゆる ＰＭ方式に近いやり方ですが、今回、外装のリフォームを行っています。
外装の色変更であっても、材料からの選択や、価格の調整、工事へのアドバイスは第三者からあってしかるべき。今後、そのように、建築の全てに係わる事は設計事務所（建築家）が携わればと思います。
（もっとも、デザインばかりでできない方も多いかと思います。職人さん一人使えない方もいますから・・・・それは、現代では建築家全員できるかといえば難しいと思います。）
とはいえ、そんな事でも、エリアは限定されますが、ご相談下さい。
