先を行く 同年代 同じ大学出身の建築家

というか、上のリンク先、意外と面白いです。ですが、押して頂けるだけでも本当に助かります。

実名まで、書くと問題がありそうなので、（宣伝にもなってしまうので）書けませんが、自分の大学出身で、尚且つ、大学時代、同じクラス（というか大学ではクラスという区分けでもないが、授業を一緒に受けていたということになるが）、雑誌　住宅特集　の表紙を飾れる「すごいやつ」がいます。

正直、N氏については、前から知っていたので、同学年では出世頭かと思っていましたが、O氏も実は、この間表紙を飾った上、テレビ「ドリームハウス」にまで出ていました。（最近まで知らなかった。）

同じエリアの若手建築家に聞くと知っていたりと、メジャーになってしまったのであります。

O氏・N氏とも、都内に事務所を構え、そして、所員も４人ほど抱え、当然、雑誌・テレビに出ているので、仕事もひっぱりだこというところでしょう。

自分も刺激を受けています。年賀状のやり取りまでやるほど、仲は良くはなかったのですが、大学時代、授業の合間でバスケットして遊んだ記憶があります。

両名とも、高校時代バスケ部だった為、めちゃくちゃうまかった。

こんな同年代が、ここまでやるとは、刺激をうけるというより、同年代では「誇り」であろうと思っています。

O氏は母校の教壇にも立っているようですが、意匠系を極めるため、20代は二人とも大変苦労したかと思います。（本人たちしか分からないつらいことまで分かりませんが、多分苦労したでしょうね）

遠い存在になってしまったようにも感じます。そういえば、一部ですが大学時代の友人で仲良かったのは、年賀状送っても最近返事もないので、心配しています。

（因みに、調べれば、O氏・N氏が誰かは簡単にわかります。在学中の学生なら分かりますよね！）

自分とは、天と地ほど差があるようにもなりましたが、そこは刺激を感じながら、自分のできることをやっていこうと思います。だいたい、彼らは意匠設計・建築家になる為の道の王道を行っているのですから・・・。

すばらしき建築家となったことを心から誇りに思います。とはいえ、まだ、建築家としての現役は30年くらいあるかと思うので、ゴールではないでしょうが・・・・・・・・

余談ですが、わざと聞こえるように書きますが、特にO氏とは、よくバスケしたのですが、当時流行っていた、NBAのマジック・ジョンソンのビデオがあったのですが、返してもらえないで卒業してしまいましたね。「もういいや」と思って言いませんでしたが、これを見てはっとしてくれたら、いいですね。因みに、もう返さなくてもいいですけどね・・・・・

　表舞台に出て注目されていらっしゃる方達がいるクラスには、偶々表に出ていないだけで素晴らしい仕事をしていらっしゃる方も多数いらっしゃるのでしょうね。
　自分自身が納得できる仕事をした結果人の目につき評価をされる。
　男の人生でこれに勝る幸せはないですから、私も精進していかねば．．．。
