屋根葺き終了 吹き抜けのイメージ

屋根が葺き終りました。

しっかり葺かれていました。平瓦も取り付けがやり易くなり、かつ水密性能も上がっているので、非常に良い材料が使えたと満足しています。

 

 

吹き抜け部分の施工中の写真ですが、完成予想パースと比較してイメージができますか？

こんなイメージを製作して、お施主様にイメージを膨らませて頂きます。

もちろん、模型も良い面もありますので、3Dが完璧かとはいえませんが、模型よりも正確性があります。

模型の場合は、全体とイメージなので、実は全体的な感覚しかつかめません。とはいえ、全体的なイメージも必要で、3Dは部分的なので、実は頭の中で断片的にしか入ってきません。

模型と3D　両方とも必要だとは感じています。

屋根の勾配が大きい様に見受けられますが・・
最近は屋根が急勾配の住宅を多く見かけるようになりましたね。

屋根の勾配は、６寸勾配です。
勾配がきついのは、屋根裏収納の天井高さ確保と、外見のプロポーション、北側斜線避け等で、この勾配としました。

屋根をゆるくする場合もあります。

いつも急勾配とはしていないのですが、昨今の切り妻屋根はそうかもしれません。
