平屋の新築 既製品の建具にも色々・・・・ [住宅]

大工さんに聞くと、本当に勉強になります。
たとえ、付けやすいといわれていても、メーカーごとに取り付け方が異なる建具・・・・・
トステムにはできて、ダイケンにはできないこともあることが分かりました。
メーカー物が実はあんまり好きでないところもあるのですが、コーディネートしやすさ、失敗のない色合いは、捨てがたいものもあります。
塗り物で、仕上がりにびびりながら作ったことも過去あります。
現場で色あわせというのは、現場の方々の苦労が感じられます。
ともあれ、平屋のお宅は順調です。
外壁は「そとん壁」です。最近、これを使うのが多くなってきました・・・・・・
断熱材の充填もほぼ終わりです。そういえば、ナイスの建材ショーで、高密度高断熱で、尚且つ、内壁側に貼る高密閉用のビニールと同等の断熱材のミミ付きもありましたね。というかこれを読んでも分からないでしょうが・・・・・

平屋、いいですねぇ。
ウチもできれば平屋が良かったのですが、やはり建築費が割高になってしまって諦めました。サザエさんの家は一種の憧れです。
ミミ付きの断熱材、最近は気密シートを使わないで高気密・高断熱を謳っているビルダーが増えてきましたが、この様な商品をつかっているのかも知れません。

これでは、夏場逆転結露を起こします。

Next time I read a blog, Hopefully it won’t fail me as much as this particular one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read through, but I really thought you’d have something useful to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could possibly fix if you were not too busy searching for attention.
