久々の徒然ネタ 日本の高齢化 と 日本政府の政策と・・・・様々

というか、上のリンク先、意外と面白いです。ですが、押して頂けるだけでも本当に助かります。

昨今、さまざまなお宅にピンポンを押して伺うことがありました。

で、気が付くと、出てくる方、いらっしゃる方は、なんと、ご高齢の方ばかり・・・・・

持ち家にお住まいの方の殆どは、なんと５０代以上という具合でした。

マンション以外の所謂戸建住宅は、高齢者の持ち物なんでしょうか・・・・・・これでは日本の住宅地は高齢者→いなくなったらスラムとなってしまいます。

建物の耐震化やら様々な住宅に関わる政策を出していますが、老い先短いと言う理由で、メンテナンスに消極的な高齢の方々・・・・・これでは、ますます日本が縮小していきます。

というよりも縮小の運命なんでしょうか・・・・・暗い気持ちになってしまいます。

高齢者大国になると予想されていて、正直、そうなるだろうとはわかっていても、実際に住宅地をお邪魔すると、それが現実と感じられるのが、不安に輪をかけます。

この間、大臣辞めた人のように、ゴックンして気持ちよく記者会見し、気持ちよく観光している場合じゃありません。これは、とんでもない国家の一大事となります。

高齢化についてのまちづくりや税制、補助金　全てにおいて、制度が未完成の現在、真剣に対策をうたないと本当に大変な事態となるでしょう。

自分の拠点の柏市は、駅前見ると、老若男女すべていて活気があるようにも感じますが、生活についても、年代で大変な差があることがわかります。５０代以上の方々がいなくなっていったとき、住んでいた家は、誰が住むのでしょうか？全部が全部、相続されるわけでもなく、また取り壊される分けでもないでしょうから、スラム化するのは時間の問題でしょう。

国家の不安を住宅地に垣間見たというところです。

子供をたくさん産んでもらうような政策を期待したいのですが・・・
今の政府にはあまりにも危機感がなさすぎる気がします。

高知では次の南海地震がいちばんの恐怖ですね。

昭和５９年の大和ハウスのプレハブで、基準は満たしているといっても、自然の力はわかりません。

せめて、家具の下敷きにならないようにと・・。

住宅事情は、あなたのご心配よくわかります。
僕もその高齢者の一人なんだけど、
わが家は将来息子がすむことになりますのでスラムにはなりません（笑！）
そんなお家もあると思います。
きっとそのときはリホームの需要が出ると思います。
僕は国の方が不安です。
恥さらしの大臣じゃ困りますし、日本の恥です。

本当、痛切に感じます。家の周りでも殆ど７０代より上の方ばかりで４，５０代は若者ですから。
