今時のマンション・・・・完成！マンション その3

前回からの続きで、マンションネタです。

それにしても、マンションというものは、あくまで不動産屋さんの商品なんですね・・・・・・・・

「ものづくり」している側と、やはり少し考え方が違うと思うときもありました。

今回は、写真のオンパレードです。天気が良かったときの写真なので、外観の写りも前回よりも良いですね。

さて、内観ですが、うーんいわゆる普通のマンションです。

予算がないというのがもろに出た感じです。

昨日、テレビで、大阪のデヴェロッパーが、芸能人に部屋をデザインさせたりしていましたが、そのくらいやりたい気分もあります。豪快に！その大阪のマンションは、9割の人に嫌われてもかまわないというコンセプトだそうです。すごい！

 

こちらはいたって普通というか・・・・普通すぎるかな。

下の写真は、梁とクーラースペースの取り合い部分。マンションだと必ずこうなります。

共用部分の外階段です。

こちらはエレベーターホール。白で纏めました。

こちらは玄関前。白黒です。外壁と同じカラーリングにしました。

またまた住戸です。住戸は、1DKタイプ（ワンルームに+1部屋といったところ）が15戸、2DK（ファミリータイプ）が、14戸。計29戸の構成です。こちらは、その1DKの部屋の一つ

 

2DKは上層階にあります。眺めは最高です。

2DKはざっとこんな感じです。

 

13階もあるとはいえ、1年たらずで完成してしまいます。

鉄筋コンクリートだと、1層あたり、2～3週間で躯体が出来上がりながら、コンクリートを打って、高く高くなっていきます。今回のマンションは、形が複雑ではなかったので、型枠が楽でした。

目の前が大通りなので、道路斜線の高さ規制にかからなかったものの、隣地斜線にはかかり、天空率使って回避しています。天空率ご存知ですか？この話は、また近いうちにします。
