基礎工事 その2 [O邸新築工事]
↑押してして頂けると大変恐縮です。(というか本当に助かります。上だけでもお願いします。）

柏O邸の基礎工事ですが、前の日の雨のせいで水溜りができていて、それを排除するという作業中の現場訪問でした。
ともあれ、地盤改良した杭の頭が見え、基礎工事らしくなってきました。
削った土の箇所は深基礎といって、段差のあるところの基礎であり、普段よりも背の高い基礎だと思って下さい。
先日、隣が心配だと書いたのは、実は、この段差部分を深基礎にしていないことです。
土にも土圧といって圧力がかかりますが、その圧力がかかるにも関わらず、段差部分を通常基礎で側面をブロックというのは、少しいただけません。
ともあれ、他人の心配ばかりはしていられません。
この次は、この頭の出た杭の上に砕石をひいて、砕石を転圧します。
