地盤改良終了 今度は「遣り方」 [O邸新築工事]

地盤改良が無事に先週に終わり、今週から「遣り方」を行い、基礎工事です。
「遣り方」とは、要するに正確に通芯という基準線を出すという作業です。
写真の仮設の木の囲いは、水貫というもので、見たことのある方は多いのではないでしょうか。
ついでに、杭は水杭、そして、はる糸は、水糸です。
なんで「水」なのかは、語源はわかりませんが、仮設でありますが、基準線を出すというとても重要な事なんです。
最近、ブログの更新のﾍﾟｰｽがいいのですが、ネタが多いので、書かないともったいないので、サボらず書いています。
地盤改良後は、土に一回埋めてしまいます。ですので見えませんが、コンクリート柱の頭が隠れています。
お隣も進んでいます。
お隣は高低差があるにもかかわらず、ｶﾞﾚｰｼﾞ側に深基礎を使っていません。
他人の家ですが、本当に不安です。少し、常識を知らない工務店さんなのでしょうか。深基礎にしない代わりに、ブロックで土留めをして、通常の基礎で施工していますが、通常、このような形状のｶﾞﾚｰｼﾞ・家の配置ならば、深基礎でｶﾞﾚｰｼﾞ廻りは施工します。金銭的な都合でしょうか・・・・それだとお隣のお施主が気の毒でしょうがありません。
明日から本格的に、基礎工事です。
基礎は家の足。そしてリフォームしてもやり直せない箇所です。
要するに、一番重要ということ。慎重に監理します。
それにしても、最近、カメラをオリンパス E-520というデジイチに変えたのですが、流石に写真は素晴らしいですね。いきなりデジイチですが、使いこなしているわけでもないのですが、普通に撮ってもデジカメのレベルとは違いますね！
話は少し変わりますが、期間限定のビール、琥珀エビス！

琥珀色だけでなく、味も素晴らしいですね。
秋を楽しみたいものです。でも秋は春と同様、短いので、大いに楽しみたいですね！
