深基礎工事 コンクリート型枠外すと・・・・ [O邸新築工事]
↑押してして頂けると大変恐縮です。(というか本当に助かります。上だけでもお願いします。）

柏のＯ邸の深基礎型枠が外れました。
後は、ベース基礎と土台が乗る立ち上がり（凸部分）のみです。
じゃんか（コンクリートがしっかり廻らないで小石が見えているような箇所）が基礎本体に無かったのを確認。よくできています。ちなみに写真の斜め部分は外構の階段の壁部分です。いっしょに作った方が効率がよいという施工上の都合です。この階段部分は、一緒に作ってはいますが、基礎本体とは別、即ち、建物の主要な構造部にはあたりません。
打ち上がりは、打ちっぱなし仕上げではないにしても、綺麗にできていると思いました。コールドジョイントもなく、打ちっぱなし仕上もしてみたいなーと こぼしたら、現場監督から、高いすよ（お金かかりますよ） とー まー確かに。 案外、隠さないで見えることのほうがお金がかかるんですよね。
ともあれ、上棟が近づいてきました。とても楽しみです。

コンクリート打ちっぱなし仕上げの方が高くつくんですか。知りませんでした。打ちっぱなしという言葉通りに受け取っていていました。やっぱり見せる仕上げになっているんですね。

躯体がうち上がったのなら、後はピーコン埋めだけです。本来は !
出来の悪い躯体を打ち放し風に左官補修する場合には、金=手間が
かかるのです。画面ではコンクリートの出来は判断できませんが、
このままにしてしまえば、打ち放し仕上げです。

安藤忠雄氏等、日本での打ち放し仕上げは、鏡面のような仕上げにするために、型枠から違いますし、狂いも調整したりと、手間がかかるのです。
米国などの打ち放しだとこんなもんでしょうが、都内の打ち放しはこんなもんじゃありませんよ。

安藤のようにやるなら、計画段階からそのように図面を作ります。
住宅の外構階段程度ならせいぜいパネルを15ミリにして、押し引きをしっかりするくらいで十分鑑賞に堪える打放しが可能でしょう。安藤の場合はスチールドアも枠なしで躯体につけたりしますから、別次元ですから。
