基礎のベース（平らの部分）の配筋 途中経過 [O邸新築工事]
↑押してして頂けると大変恐縮です。(というか本当に助かります。上だけでもお願いします。）

基礎工事、流石に地盤改良からなので、普段の家よりも時間がかかっています。
仕方の無いことですが、ということで、やっとですが、本来の基礎下部分です。
割石をひき、この上をタンパーで平らにし、その上に防湿シート 要するに厚手のビニールシートを敷きます。いつも工事の度に、このような説明をしていますが、見られる方への参考と説明も兼ねています。ご了承下さい。
この後、このようになります。
まだ、30％の進み具合ですが、基礎の底板の配筋です。
この鉄筋で囲われた四角の辺は、およそ200ｍｍです。鉄筋の径は13ｍｍです。
チェックというのはこういうことと、それ以外で、型枠を組んだ時に、鉄筋がコンクリートに覆われますが、覆われ具合が悪いと鉄筋が水分などで膨張し、最後には壊れてしまいます。ですので、しっかりコンクリートに覆われるように、その事を「かぶり」と言います。この事は次回に検査がありますので、その時のネタにします。
ともあれ、これで次回は瑕疵担保の検査です。
