木造ドミノ住宅 講習会

つてがあって　木造ドミノ住宅講習会に行きました。

ドミノというのは、かの建築家ル・コルビジェが提唱した考え方ですが、それの木造住宅版です。

構造は、外周部で構造壁をつくり、内部は、大黒柱のみの工法で、大黒柱というだけあって、数本しか（せいぜい2本）程度しか内部に無く、内部の間仕切り壁は、住み人の生活の変化によって変えられる仕組みです。

これは、例え、家主が変わっても、変更可能であり、マンションリフォームのように変更ができます。

とはいえ、マンションリフォームだと、水周りに制限を受けるので、当然、こちらの方がやり易いと思いますね。

で、当然、内部は「がらんどう」というか家全体が一つの部屋のようなので、暖房方式は、OMソーラーやそよ風といったような設備が向いています。床下暖房と言った方が良いでしょうか。

先導的モデルであり、長期優良住宅・省エネにも対応しているのですが、コストも従来の住宅とさほど変わらないそうで、自分としては、構造設計で、大黒柱の部分の計算をどうするかということだけです。やってみるといろいろ細かいところで奥が深いと自慢げに嬉しそうに　今回、誘っていただいた、工務店「竹屋」の大野氏が言ってましたね。（良かったですね　大野さん）

この工法は、設計者は誰でも出来るということがポイントで、まるでグーグルみたいな工法です。

「自分で構造計算しましょう」と講師の半田先生が言っていましたね。

これには同感です。

そもそも、木造は構造設計者でできる方が少なすぎます。

構造設計の方々は、RC・鉄骨ばかりで、「知らない」が現実です。

「木造」構造は我々、意匠設計者がエキスパートにならないといけませんね。
