「集中と選択」 と 「甥」 と 「ｶﾞﾝﾌﾟﾗ MG ジ・O」 [住宅]

私事ですが、甥が誕生。廻りに男の子が少ないようにも感じていたので、少し安心しました。
といっても親戚にも男の子誕生していますし、自分の周りには男の子が多い季節なのでしょうか。
そういえば、中国が一人っ子政策により、高齢化が問題になるとの事でしたが、実は、結婚の問題も・・・なんでも女の人が少ないとか・・・・韓国人に最近、日本人女性をもってがれているのに、将来、中国人にももっていかれるのか？きっと金持ちの中国人だろうから、日本人女性は結構、もっていかれそう・・・と随分先の事まで考えてしまいました。
さて、本題前にもう一つ。
ガンプラのMGでついに ついに 「ジ・O」が出ます。分からない人もいるでしょうから、その場合、読み飛ばしてください。この夏の一番の楽しみでしょうか。

さて、本題です。
お施主様にも「集中と選択」をお考え下さい。
と、打合せの初期にお話させて頂いています。
当然です。予算には限りがありますし・・・確かに、一生に一回の買い物ではありますので、何でも「やります」というわけにはいかないでしょう。
住宅だけでなくても、どんな事でも「集中と選択」です。
これは、個人レベルだけでなく、国家レベルでも同様です。
そういえば、昨日のTBSのニュースの特集で、韓国のプサン港が、陸揚コンテナ数でも世界第4位（因みに、１位から３位までアジアの港）で、「集中と選択」の結果だそうで、仁川空港とおなじですね。
日本の現状は哀しいかな、今は、海・空ともに韓国経由が安くて便利となっています。
旅行代理店の旅行案内見ても、韓国経由の便が多いです。
韓国は、通貨危機を15年前に経験し、「集中と選択」という国家政策を実行してきました。
交通分野だけでなく、車の分野でも、現代自動車が良い例で、元々財閥企業だったのを、財閥解体し、世界企業にまで押し上げました。電気でも、サムソン、LGが伸び、この両メーカーは、日本でも少しずつ浸透していきています。（ヒィンダイは撤退しましたが、復活を願います。）
しかし、以上の事、実は、日本は大変、遅れていて、空港は皆様のご存知の通りです。旅行に行かれた方はご存知でしょうが、ハブ空港として、仁川は、知名度も便利度も良く、成田・羽田はとっくの昔においてがれています。
これらを見ていると、日本人は過去の栄光に未だにとらわれ、前に進んでいない感じです。いや、そうなんでしょう。政治・経済においては、韓国の後塵を拝する事になっていて、きっと今後100年は追い越せないでしょう。要するに100年は、日本はアジアでも３番目か４番目のローカル国家となるのです。というか、決定したようなものだと思っています。
TBSの特集では、実際に利用している船会社の社長が、「今更投資しても、追いつけないから、日本は別の路線を模索すべき」と言われていました。
まったくその通り。
アジアの１位は中国、２位は韓国。日本は、４番くらいかもしれません。将来は・・・・・・
でも、自分が思うところですが、 「文化」においては、発信できると思うし、競争力がまだあると思います。
文化というと、「漫画」「アニメ」「ゲーム」「ファッション」 そして古来からある「伝統」等です。その分野の発信地のみに特化し、今更追いつこうとしない方が良いと思います。税金の無駄です。
イメージなんですが、ヨーロッパで言うイタリアみたいになるのでしょうか。といっても今の経済状況でも、イタリアはヨーロッパの財政赤字国であり、日本と似ていますね。
しかし、今の時点で、何をいってもしょうがないでしょうが、日本の役人たちは何をやっていたのでしょうか？もちろん、自民党の政府もです。この15年、自国の政治・経済の迷走で、中国・韓国に水をあけられ、もはや追いつけない様相です。日本人としては、広く、経済も活発な中国に負けるのは仕方ないにしても、韓国に負けるのは嫌いな方も多いはず・・・・・でも、前にも書きましたが、今後100年、経済において韓国の後塵を拝する可能性が高いと思っています。
話は、国家レベルまでいきましたが、「集中と選択」の成功例が上記です。日本は失敗しました。空港を日本全国に作り、各地域で、税金の奪い合いをしている間に、世界から置いてけぼりです。
住宅建築でも、同じです。リフォームも同じです。
日本の国と同じ轍は踏まないように、良い家を実現する為に、 「集中と選択」をしましょう！
