木材市場＠つくば [住宅]

さて、本題です。お施主様とつくばの木材市場へ行きました。
前にも行っていますが、ブログでは初登場ですので、ご紹介。
つくばにもこのような木材市場が存在します。
ある材料はほとんど国産材。輸入材が少ないのです。円高のこの時期。輸入住宅購入には嬉しい時期ではありますが、国産材、一昔よりも安く、ある意味、良い家を作るチャンス！国産材を見る上でも、このように市場を見学することは良いことだと思います。
もちろん、製材所へも行くべきでしょう。
前にも書きましたが、建材が形を成していない状況から見ることは、設計者であろうとも殆どありません。建材メーカーを信用して使っています。
0から作る事・・・・・是非、体現してみたいものです。
行った日に、ヒノキの大木のセリがありました。
それにしても、これら大木は凄いですね。そして、この間まで生きていた木なんだと実感しました。
ですので、製材する時や、切り出しする時からみると、生きている材料を使っている実感が沸くでしょうね。
このヒノキの大木のチェーンソーで切られた生々しい跡を見ると、悲しくなると同時に、是非、良い家の一部になり生きてほしいと願わずにはいられません。
ここまで成長してくれてありがとう！ そう木に言いたいですね。
さて、その後、お施主様と別れた後、知り合いの設計事務所が参加している建築家展へ。
つくば美術館へ行くと、やってました。
中に入ると、デザイナーまで入れて作りこまれたプレゼン・資料・・・・ここまで凝るとは！
これで、建築家という選択肢を少しずつであるが、考えてくれれば・・・・とアンチハウスメーカーを意識しました。
自分も昨年、こんなの作ってしまいましたし・・・

当事務所のエリアは、柏と周辺で、茨城県県南も入っていますが、このつくば界隈も入っています。
松戸の奥地よりもむしろ、つくばへ行く方が時間がかからないというのが事実！まー守備範囲が広いというということで・・・・・（茨城は実家もあるので、テリトリーでもあるのです）
先日、親戚の方から、埼玉はは行っていないの？と聞かれましたが、埼玉の川越くらいまでならOKかなと思っています。川越はそもそも通っていた大学がある場所ですし、意外と知っている土地なんですね。埼玉バージョンのHP作ろうか？とふと思いました。

取手駅から通っている自分が懐かしい・・・・・

千葉県は、柏・松戸・我孫子が中心です。まー柏がホームタウンですがね・・・・
