平屋の割に鉄筋が多めに見えるかと思います。
筋交が多いと大きな力を基礎にかけることとなります。
当然、そうなると、基礎の梁部分もハードな配筋となります。
今回は、基礎上部はダブルD13配筋です。梁なので下部もダブルD13ですが。
大きな曲げの力や縦のせん断と言われる力に対抗するため、鉄筋があります。
計算をするとこんなこまやかな鉄筋の本数さえ、決めることができます。
この集会所は構造的に「堅牢」そのものです。
それは、避難所としての機能も必要だからです。
前にも書きましたが、この集会所は、構造・快適性・断熱性において、住宅のレベルでいえば最高ともいえる仕様です。
今回の仕様を部分的にでも住宅に還元できればと思います。
見た目、びっちりの配筋です。スラブの配筋 D13互い違い＠１５０。
これは、耐震等級３レベルであり、基礎までしっかり構造計算した結果です。
当事務所では、監理まで行う建物で「木造住宅」である場合、構造計算を自主的に行なっています。
これは、建築基準法の４号建築と言われる、構造計算不要で、せいぜい軸組計算と言われる簡易計算しかしていない事とこととなり、逆に計算することにより、自主的に、そして数学的計算で設計の整合性を得ている事となります。
もちろん、実際に設計監理業務として、設計料に含まれています。
これを別途計上で設計料とは別に載せてくる「輩」もいますが、木造住宅はせめて一級建築士としてもやるべきと感じ、日々研鑽した結果、自主的にやれるようになりました。
まだ混構造は自主的にできませんが、これをスキップフロアーの家や２x４までできるよう現在、研鑽中であります。
混構造については、鉄骨とRCの構造の知識が必要ですが、「りくつ」は当然分かっているので、実験的に計算を練習していくしかないでしょう。
