こんにちは 内呂です。
６月に入り、今年も半分が過ぎようとしています。あと１月ですね。
さて、今回は、調湿建材についてです。
建材屋さんのご紹介で、お邪魔させて頂きました。
これは、バウビオという建材です。
これは喫茶店・料理店なんですが、これは内装材に使った例です。因みに建築中の集会所にも使用しています。

リフォームのページの紹介ですが、実は、新築でも是非なんですね。建材屋さんの肩をもちすぎるのもいけないのでしょうが、とても快適な生活を送れるようになる建材だと思います。
臭いは消え、湿度も調整できる。特に臭いを消す能力は、実際に老人ホームで使用されているのを見せていただき、独特の臭いがしない凄さを体験しました。
また、この建材、断熱材としても機能があるようで、これについては、ﾒｰｶｰが確認中なのですが、熱を溜め込む能力があり、エコポイントや長期優良住宅で率先して使われているグラスウールよりも優れた機能がありそうだとの事です。
この建材については、私だけでなく、他の設計事務所でも使っている方がいますが、実は、今度の集会所は、断熱材に使用し、そして、内装材にも使っているという、いわゆる以前見た老人ホームの仕様そのものなんです。これは、ﾒｰｶｰ曰く、本当に稀だそうで、他は予算の都合や、施主の都合で、ある部分にしか使えなかったりしているそうです。
集会所を皮切りに、より多くの家・施設で使いたいと思っています。
