どうも、暑いですね。本当に。夏本番ですね。
良い事も、悪い事もありましたが、なんとか下半期に突入です。
上半期は、忘れもしない3/11の大地震。そして津波。そして、今も続く原発の影響。
龍ヶ崎のお施主さんと、地盤改良の現場で、測定器を見ると、0.2マイクロシーベルト程度。
とはいえ、お施主さん曰く、年間換算では、国が言う100ミリシーベルトは余裕で超えるとの事。
そういえば、昨日のNHKの特集を見ていると、3/15と3/21が怪しいようで、柏も3/21の雨が影響しているようです。
しかし、栃木の那須塩原あたりが、福島のあたりと変わらないというのはびっくり。
今は大丈夫にしても、今後が心配。きっと平均寿命も下がるでしょう。ある意味、年金対策なのか？
たまたまとはいえ怖いですね・・・・・もし、本当にそう思っているのならば、国は犯罪まがいですよ。どさくさに紛れて・・・・
さて、大きな話ではなく、家と集会所の話ですが・・・・・
集会所は、屋根葺きと外周部、及び筋交取り付け完了。
龍ヶ崎の家は、地盤改良ですね。

それにしても、地盤改良は、最近は回避不能となってきています。よっぽど地盤が良くないと地盤改良の判定・・・・・
先日、集会所周辺の40年前の家々も、大地震で倒壊したところはなく、地盤改良に疑問をもたれる部分もありましたが、おそらく、しないとするとでは、揺れ方も異なると思います。
なので、気休めとは言わず、やる事をお勧めします。
家を建てるときに、100万円ほど地盤改良費用として考えるべきでしょう。
上記、２物件とも結局、地盤改良しています。
そういえば、構造計算のお仕事の木更津の件は、地盤調査書でも、良好地盤。
日本にもこんな地盤あるのですね。関東でも、東京の西の方、立川以西は、かなり地盤良好地が多いようです。もちろん、谷地や川や沼地に近いところは駄目でしょうが・・・・・どうも東の方は、土地については確立70％ではなく、80％は地盤改良必要と見て良いでしょう。
地盤改良屋さんも仕事が多くて、羨ましい・・・・と言ったところでしょうか。
