店舗内装の設計とは・・・・

節電・エコな家の答えは、昔の日本の家+耐震+耐火　だと思います。

風通しが良く、地産地消でエコな家とは、そういう家だと思います。

最近、店舗の内装設計はご無沙汰でしたが、様々な考えが浮かんでは消え、ともあれ、案を練っている最中であります。

ラフ図ですが、設計はこんなところから始まります。

この点は、住宅と同じ。

それよりも、圧倒的に違うのが、店なので、性格が全く異なるところ。

住宅は当然プライバシーですが、店は、いかに見せるか？いかに目立たせるか？認知されるようにするか？

であり、やはり、店舗の方向性は住宅のそれと異なります。

店舗ばかり設計している方が家を作り、問題になった話を聞いたことがあります。

店とは外に開いたものですが、内部の使い勝手も当然、家と同様、日々使うもの・・・・そはいえ、そうお客より文句は出ません。むしろ毎日使うのは店員さん。そう、店として営業するのに使いやすいかも重大ポイントなんです。

そんなことで、ある程度はまとまった気がします。
