柏の韓国料理「皇帝＜エンペラー＞」

次回、このブログや当事務所のサイトでも告知しますが、

柏市の町おこし企画をＮＰＯのかしわインフォメーションセンターとやることとなりました。

私のほか、３名の設計者・デザイナーとともに、同一の店舗の改装・新築等を競技するものです。

さて、前置きを書きましたが、その打ち合わせで、韓国料理「皇帝＜エンペラー＞」さんへ

内装も韓国！見た目で騙されるな！という感じでした。

私も韓国には行った事がありますが、まさにここは韓国！

しかし、店先には「中国料理」の看板も・・・・・・

店主さんに聞くと、「韓国人が韓国で食べる中華」とのこと。

要するに、日本で食べる中華みたいなもので、中華料理もアメリカやヨーロッパ食べると全く違うのと同じですね。

でも、韓国式中華料理とも言えばよいのに・・・・・と少しもったいなく感じました。

デジカルビだそうで、肉にコクがあり、うまい！

プルゴキ用の鍋で作っています。

そういえば、自分も韓国の燃えてしまった「南大門」近くの店で「プルゴキ」を食べながら焼酎飲みまくったっけ・・・・

また行きたくもなりましたね。韓国へ。

これは、白菜でネギ・豚肉・キムチを巻いて食べるもの。

一口で「パクゥ」と食べると、おいしさのハーモニー。

それにしても、焼酎とあいます！おいしい！

チヂミなんですが、ふわふわでおいしい！

日本のチヂミは、ホットケーキのできそこないみたいなものもあるので、本物ってこんなんだっけ？

と、昔、韓国で食べたことを思い出しながら食べました。
